This Award introduces learners to task-based problem-solving. Learners also develop communication and team working skills to work effectively with others to solve a task-based problem. This Award allows learners to develop skills to work effectively to solve problems. This includes being able to communicate, working together to solve problems and working in teams to achieve common goals. You will also develop your skills to reflect and improve, which are vital skills to have for careers in highly competitive sectors. The skills learnt in this unit are transferable and can also be used in other sectors, ensuring that employment opportunities are maximised.
