TAKE A LOOK AT HOW WE’VE DONE OVER THE PAST YEAR - IN THE EYES OF OUR CENTRES!

As part of our ongoing commitment to unrivalled centre service and continuous improvement, we recently conducted our annual satisfaction survey, allowing us to highlight areas of strength and any challenges we face! Head of Partnerships Allan Birch expressed his delight at the outcomes:

“It was so encouraging to receive such positive feedback from our 2023 customer survey. The response was incredible, greatly exceeding our expectations in terms of numbers. The comments we received gave us the thumbs up that we were delivering a first class service which we had hoped would be the case, but you never know until the customer tells you!. There is always room for improvement and so we will be forging ahead with a renewed sense of purpose over the next year to build on the great work our team is doing.”

91.7% of surveyed centres agree or strongly agree that eta maintains regular positive engagement on an ongoing basis.

93.3% of surveyed centres agree or strongly agree that eta provides an efficient, effective overall service.

93.7% of surveyed centres agree or strongly agree that eta responds to and actions any queries effectively and in a timely manner.

88% of surveyed centres agree or strongly agree that eta’s quartz system meets all centre needs.

92% of surveyed centres agree or strongly agree that eta’s quality assurance processes are robust and add value
